| Joseph
Carringer has used the didgeridoo as a deep meditative
tool to aid in his own healing shamanic journey. Joseph
has been playing an Australian Aboriginal-made didgeridoo
since 1997. Discovering his natural ability, he immediately
began performing live, with local blues and jazz musicians.
In 1999, Joseph began accompanying electronic music DJs
throughout the Northeast in a nightclub atmosphere, adding
a deep layer of organic sound to synthesized music.
In January of 2005, after
doing extensive research, Joseph opened his harmonic therapy
practice to the local New England Seacoast communities and
has received a warm and wonderful embrace from clients and
other holistic practitioners.
In addition to playing the
didgeridoo, he has received a Reiki Master's apprenticeship
over a decade ago and has studied advanced Qi Gong and Shamanic
healing techniques. Joseph also spent nearly a decade in
the hemp-based apparel industry as both a manufacturer and
activist. Currently, he sits on the Executive Board as a
founding member of the New
England Seacoast Holistic Health Association.
Joseph is a lifetime NH resident
and lives in Portsmouth, NH. He and his wife and business
partner, Nicole Salotti, work
together on both AVHT and JHP Studios (JHP Studios is a
multi-media design and marketing studio focusing on holistic
and natural based industries).
It is Joseph's goal to help
people realign their bodies' natural rhythms on a cellular
level through harmonic therapy. He believes that through
this work, people can achieve a greater sense of natural
health and open doors for a higher sense of creativity and
consciousness. He feels a deep natural connection with the
healing of our planet and ourselves.
